Cancellation & Deposit Policy

 

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.

 

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. 

 

Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice: Your $25 deposit remains non-refundable.

 

If you reschedule, the deposit may be transferred one time to your new appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice:  Your $25 deposit will be forfeited, and a new $25 deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

 

No-Shows:  If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not provided notice, your $25 deposit will be forfeited.

 

A new $25 deposit will be required before booking another appointment.

 

By booking an appointment and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Deposit Policy.
