Hi, I’m the founder of Cactus Mobile Wellness—a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of hands-on patient care experience. I’ve worked everywhere from post-op and rehab floors to high-stakes ICUs and as a travel nurse across the country. After NP school, I fell in love with aesthetic medicine and advanced injectables because they let me help people who are already healthy stay that way—feeling confident, energized, and unstoppable.

A few years ago, life got intense. Long shifts, constant demands, and very little time for myself. What kept me sane (and glowing) were the little appointments I squeezed in: trigger-point lidocaine injections for nagging muscle pain, Tirzepatide to finally get my weight where I wanted it, IV hydration after tough weeks, Botox to look as refreshed as I wanted to feel, and massages that melted the stress away. Those visits weren’t luxuries—they were the reset buttons that let me show up as my best self for my patients, my family, and me.
I built Cactus Mobile Wellness because I knew I wasn’t the only one craving that kind of balance without the hassle. Why should feeling amazing require taking a half-day off, fighting traffic, or settling for rigid 9–5 clinic hours?
